Winsor Cove Rules and Policies

At Winsor Cove, we want all visitors to have a fun and safe time on our grounds. The following rules and policies help us maintain a fun and safe park for all guests visiting our business. 

Winsor Cove is not responsible for loss or damage, theft, acts of nature, actions of guests, or any other cause beyond our control. By choosing to camp at Winsor Cove, you understand the inherent risks of the outdoors. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Failure to follow rules and policies is ground for expulsion from the grounds with no refunds. Thank you for your consideration in helping us keep the grounds a safe and fun place to camp for everyone!

 
  1. Check-in time is any time 12 PM or later.  Checkout time is by 11 AM on the day of your departure. $10 fee will be charged for late departures.

  2. Parking – Vehicles may only park on the paved portion of your campsite or at the various parking areas around the grounds. Please, no parking in the grass.

  3. Quiet Time is from 10 pm to 8 am daily. Please be considerate of all guests staying at the park.

  4. Children shall not be left unattended. You are responsible for the actions and safety of your children.  

  5. Pets are allowed and must be under supervision at all times. Leashes required. Pet waste must be disposed of properly.

  6. Campfires must be kept in the fire rings. Never leave a fire unattended. Extinguish the fire before turning in for the night or leaving the campground. Do not burn trash.

  7. Property – Winsor Cove is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property.  

  8. No Dumping of any fluids on the grounds! Any sewage dumping is grounds for immediate removal this includes both black and grey tanks!

  9. Regulators on before the hose.  If the hose breaks you will be charged for water loss.

  10. Keep your campsite clean and trash free.  All items not in use needs to be kept on concrete or stored under camper. No excessive mess. 

  11. Safety – You are responsible for the actions and safety of you and your guests.

  12. No excessive water use; swimming pools, sprinklers, and the washing of vehicles etc. is NOT allowed.

  13. No window air conditioners.

  14. No outdoor rugs

  15. No charging of electric vehicles will be permitted.

  16. No Moving of Fire rings.  If they need to be moved please call the camp host.

  17. No Construction on campers unless it is an emergency
